The Restaurant

The union of Sergi de Meià and El Rebost de Can Moragues is good by definition. The chef’s philosophy fits perfectly with the philosophy that the Emys Foundation wants to foster through Can Moragues’ El Rebost with custody of the territory. The new menu focuses on healthy and sustainable products of the highest gastronomic quality. In all dishes the protagonist is the local and seasonal  ingredient with ancestral tastes, and which guards the culture and nature of our land.
