Can Moragues is the green economy project of the Emys Foundation, created in collaboration with the Astres Foundation. It aims to support the products of people in our local territory that help us conserve nature, and that can foster a new model of environmentally sustainable consumption. This sustainable model also has a key social component, as we give employment opportunities to people from vulnerable groups.

The ecological jams and sauces of Can Moragues are made with products from local varieties grown by producers in land stewardship agreements with the Emys Foundation. The jams and sauces themselves are made by people from vulnerable groups.
